I just emailed Forat asking if he has stock of the scsi option.
But since the price is the same, I might aswell put my name on the waiting list too.
So if im not mistaking, there are 3-4 of us on the waiting list from this thread?
Lets find more people. Maybe for 10 people he will make a batch of scsi boards again.
Isnt there any way we could get our hands on the part list and a copy of the PCB board?

for those desperately in need od the SCSI interface, check with Mik @ SOUNDLOGIC... im not sure about his inventory, but i do know that he would be capable of manufacturing some if it was worth it to him...

I just put my name on Rogers waiting list, too.
I guess most of the european MPC 60:s did not get upgraded with the interface. So if anyone finds a way to get it somewhere else, im in!
I'm new to writing on this forum. It has been really useful to read.
Thank you

Forat is out of SCSIs too.
Im checking out SoundLogic and after that i think the only thing left would be to put my name on the list.
Peace!

so with the scsi board you need OS version 2.14 or 3.10 to implement scsi IIRC...

Just to add, I'm on the list - have been for a minute or two.

I think it only works with 3.10e? Could be I am wrong though.

Nah, fobe is right. 2.14 OS from Akai had the SCSI options/extensions in there. From what I understand, if your machine has 2.14 in it originally, then it possibly came from Akai with SCSI board installed stock.

Did anyone ask Tom how many names he was looking for before he would whip up another batch of SCSI goodness?
