JJOS1 Copy a TRACK to another sequence

Hi. I'm new to MPC's and more so JJOS1.

I have made a beat on sequence 1 which has 3 track (hihats,snare.kick)
I want to copy 1 or all 3 of these tracks to Sequence 2 which I have already recorded a sample track on track 4. Can this be done.

I have used the SS: bit to play the beat whilst listening to the sample on sequence two but that doesn;t work in song mode.

any ideas anyone. can i do this or should i have done the beat first copied the entire sequence before recording the sample track?

It's under [mode] pad 13. I can't remember the exact steps but If you can't figure it out by looking at it and messing with it, consult your manual...
