Decided NOT to Upgrade....

Well i posted a few days back on how i was going to upgrade from the 500 to the 1k
well after looong time thinking ..i decided to stick with the 500 for now..
before u say na man upgrade..
let me xplain
ok...after evaluatin my studio set up.
i decided instead of spending that money for the 1k..i can keep my 500
and cop some better Monitors..a Nice interface..new mic..cables etc..
so thats what i did...copped some new monitors a interface ..mic and cables.
and the akai 128ram upgrade for the 500...
and honestly the 500 is everything i need and then some to make fire..
i honestly love3 the workflow of this machine.
and id rather upgrade my audio and recording quaility..then getting a new machine and learning all voer again..when i have no complaints with the current..

Good decision. And i say this cuz you made your decision based on what matters to you and not what others think. People ask everyday "should i buy this" or "whats the best......?" Its all about what enhances YOUR workflow. Glad to see everything worked out.

Good cables are expensive. Isn't it better to do it by yourself? I did my cables on my own and soldering skills will be useful for the future, altough learning soldering by myself was pain in the ass. It was going like this: "damn...****...damn...arghhhhh...****..."
