Pad assign problems

My pads keep reassigning and im not able to press load or program 1/2 the time,
when im on the menu to assign samples to a pad I notice that when I press pads
they show up on the screen as a diffrent pad number.

Any fix to this I am running the newest OS from Akaipro
and its starting to bug the crap out of me thanks

Have you tried a factory reset and re install of the OS?

I've reinstalled the 1.31 OS 7 times
I've done "Assign Reset" when ever it allows me to hit
mode > Program and that doesnt work
When the mpc starts up s says MPC 16mb could this be the problem?
I have ram ordered and on the way
