I need to go from my MPC with Zip, over to my computer with a Zip so I can burn a CD for my MV 8800.
My old files were loaded onto my MPC from a SCSI Hard drive.
To save to the zip, my MPC tells me to format the zip disk before it can save anything I've loaded into the MPC from my old Seagate SCSI hard drive. No problem, I do so. I then save onto the Zip in the MPC and then take the zip and put it into the zip drive in my computer. The computer tells me the disk is not formated and I am like, what?, hell no, not formatting.
If I cannot get the .APS/.SND/etc files I have saved onto the zip disk onto my computer, there is no way I can get it onto a CD so I can open them in my MV 8800, which does read Akai format.
Any ideas or suggestions greatly appreciated and thanks dudez!
