ak.sys has been made to work with windows 1998 and a few operating systems beyond 98 edition, like xp and from what I know is very crashy on vista 16bit or whatever..
What about vista 64 users? And they have a new windows 7 out now... what about when that os becomes widely used?
Shouldnt akai update the ak.sys program to work with modern operating systems?
Alot of people wont go beyond the vista 16bit or will stay at windows xp specifically because ak.sys wont work on anything else - I personally would like the use of ak.sys but im not gonna go as far as to downgrade my current operating system for it.
