Purchased LoopMasters mpc breaks aren't playing!!!

I know, I know, make my own program, chop my own drums, I do. I don't have a lot of posts but I've been reading for ever (I'm they guy you call and email but never responds). Look my brother bought some samples of drums, hits and loops from loopmasters. the programs are fine but i cant get the samples to play properly, the sound as if they are in super slow mode. Now before i had jjos to fix this i just updated the akai version of the operating system. But cant figure out what to do know that i have the jj. Is it because its the free version? both new versions will be bought soon cause i love the idea of recordable track mutes and all but would this solve the issue. And yes ive read the answer before long ago, been digging around the site for 8 hours, maybe i over looked any help would be greatly appreciated.

What´s the samplerate of the samples you bought? If its higher than 44.1k the sample will get played slower. Convert on PC/Mac or just pitch it up in the mpc.

Thats what i thought but they don't even play at normal speed on the pc.

Maybe your audio interface isn´t capable of playing audio with higher samplerate, sounds like it.

The problem is within the jjos, I'm running a Firestudio on my pc and and digi 02 in my brothers mac. They always sound like that till you drop over the mpc hard drive, but since i changed the o.s. its playing, oh well i have a deep collection of sounds and programs, not really worried if i cant us them, just hate when i can't figure sh*t out.

MPC will only load 16 bit, 44.1 kHz WAV files only.
It is quite common for commercial samples to be 24 bit, that's why the MPC won't load them.
On Windows, you can easily check the bit rate of a WAV file by doing right-click - Properties - Summary tab.

There are many ways to convert the bit rate, for instance, AudioMove (free, multi-platform).
