Original MPC60 display color

Hi there,

I just received my very first MPC60 in excellent condition besides that the
display backlight needs some replacement.

Can someone tell which is the very original display color of the MPC60?
Is it rather green like the new MPC1000/2500 or does it have that
green-blueish color seen on so many pictures in the web?

Judging from the s950 I got, which still has the o.g. screen in brand new condition, it was the green-bluish color.

Actually, when I changed the backlight on my 60, it came up with that bluish color and not the green one of the newer models.

mk1 green
mk2 standard akai blue

Manilla is right my MK1 is green.

My MK II is blue.

Finally, I installed an green-blueish replacement foil in the MPC60.

Fortunately, unlike the S950, the foil wasn't glued to the board.
When changing the S950's display I thought I messed up the display,
because I needed to bend back the metal clamps so that the board
and the screen fell apart. After that, I could remove the foil from the board.
Sticky stuff!!!

At first, some display points didn't work after putting the S950 thing back
together, but after reinforcing the clamping pressure, everything is fine again.
