How do you use your Oxygen with the MP ?

Do you play a pad like chromatic on the keyboard

The Oxi 8 goes through the MPC and triggers the TR808 & Software plug ins I have slaved to the MPC. The MPC is what I'm using as the main sequencer. I use the pads for internal samples but it seems like you could map them on a keyboard, haven't tried it. Don't really see the point. Pads are great.

Completely agree with the "Pads are great"

I hate keyboards, but it can be more easy to find a melody.

My MPC 3K is in place now, just love it...
