Shows up as half of the original storage?

Is it the Internal memory or the CF Card that becomes half the original size when you not buy it from akai?

It is the ram expansion.

Kool! cause i have ordered a mpc1000 with the akai ram upgrade, and i'm most likely going to buy a pretty big cf card because i dont got a computer or HD recorder for storage=)
