I need some advice tradeing (Mpc 1k to 2000xl)

Ok i found a good deal on mpc 2000xl & im thinking of tradeing in my 1k for it..
reason why i want trade the 1k in for 200xl is I only use the mpc for sampling..

The 2000xl also has 2000 XL MCD Multi Card Reader Flash Drive Kit on it already.
which is great..

I need some advice though is this good idea?
& how would i use mac laptop with this are pc? cause it dont use usb..
& i know it possible to do use this mpc with today computers i seen lot producers do it..

why would you trade your 1k for the 2kxl? that is like trading a dvd player for a vcr.

You should get a 2500. If has the best features of both those MPC's.

Well here one thing dat bother me on 1k
Can i swap the compact flash card while mpc is on? & if not how am i spose go through my samples?

On 2xl you were able to do dat though you had to buy the mcd drive box for it..

Dat why i wanted the older version if i can find one?

depends on the cf drive that is in the machine.... if the drive is hot swappable then you can change cards without restarting the mpc.

How would i find what cf drive i have?

ask the seller if it is hot swappable. if it isn't then speak to scsi for samplers or one of those cats because they have that type of stuff for sale.
