so far great results with female vocals, guitar, snare, drum room mic, congas, hand percussion and live horn section.
Its nothing on the rode k2 we've used in my friend's studio but yeah for me awesome for the money, gets the job done.
If i wanted full commercial quality vocals i would have spent 3x as much, thats not really what i needed though

what did you put under your turntables in order to set them up sideways on top of the expedit?... just wooden boards? i know the expedit is a little too narrow for the tables to fit battle style...

yeah its just two boards under each deck, you can just fit them on without the boards but the feet are hanging half off the edge and it looks really dodgy, the boards solved all my issues and freed up space!
Plus i just prefer mixing battle style, better control of the records

I do the 'dodgy' way with no problems yet.

I had a baby 2 months ago, so I had to give up the room I was thinking about making my little space. So I had to move what I use to my room, still have tons of vinyl I need to figure out where to put. It's time to get a bigger house....

I know, I know, I need monitors a some other stuff....
