JUST USE AUDACITY LIKE I SAID. You're done in a matter of seconds.

I don't know how to setup it in Audacity so it will record what is playing. I never used this weird program so maybe some1 can explain this a little ?
Oh and btw. I was editing some prefernces and I get error now when I try to record anything even when I returned it to it's default.
Oh and one more thing I always had **** problem with recorders on my computer, my soundcard is Esi Maya 44.

the cool thing about you tube is you can get any thing you need.

for instance say you need a funk bassline in c7m, no problem just dial it up.

you can composite whatever chords you need if you are willing to put in the time.

lots of solo instruments on youtube

Fool, just cause you said it don't mean we should do it. It's a forum homie, everyone is sharing their personal methods for getting this done. Each individual can decide which method he like bests for himself.
Take a chill pill dude...

Thanks for that it's alot less steps but it makes you wait...

Bias Peak has wiretap...

...but honestly you should always go back and use at least a 128kb mp3 upconverted to wave. if possible, 320kbps or full wav itself.

I'll sometimes finish a whole beat many sequences with a bad mp3 converted to wav and pitched thru my pioneer DVj into the 4k's spdif...

...then go find a good copy of the record, and replace all the chops per sequence.

Sometimes doing the work while the idea is fresh is necessary, as bad as mp3's sound when pitched in a cdj/dvj.

Records always sound great even at -30%

I'm not attempting to improve the quality this way, I'm trying to avoid degrading the quality any further.

:?

kids these days.

sampling from youtube? mp3's? CD's?

What would Pete Rock, Lord Finesse, or DJ Premier say?

You're wack, and it's all your fault.

"I got CD's in my crates, like crack in my pocket... YEAH RIGHT neither of the above. So when you see a nig-a straight giving ends for beats it's for the real ****** that show me love" - Madlib

 YouTube digging...

Listen, no software, converter or magic potion is going to restore audio quality. Once its lowered and converted to MP3 it cannot be undone. Yes you can convert it to WAV but you cannot improve it. With so many sources to get quality the youtube "digging" shows how little cats want to put into this.....

YOU are not putting in enough work by sampling, why dont you learn how to play the instruments instead of sampling them, huh?? whos not putting in enough work now,, im just saying... who gives a fuc...........
