PLEASE HELP EMERGENCY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whut up peeps?
I have a big delima that I need help with.
I am trying to dump individual tracks into cool edit pro.
I have cool edit as the master and my gear as the slave through MIDI.
The only problem is when I start cool edit, it's not catching the down beat of my track. Instead it's picking up audio at like .15 of a second. Can anyone help so I can get to dumping these tracks and mixing the right way ....

yo just make a blank seqence and either use song mode or next seqs ahead of it. like make a 1 bar seq then hit play then goto the seqs u want to track. its called midi latency and this will help make everything uniform, ull just have a 1 bar black space.
