I have no attachment to these records and I could get a mixing console and a yamaha usb keyboard with the money which I do want But am I getting screwed on the deal or is it a decent offer?

if you're not attached to them, there's nothing wrong with selling them especially if there's something you could use the money on.

you could always sell records for more on ebay, but it's a lot of work having to list them and ship them out.
