fl studio sounds to mpc 500

how do i send send sounds from the fl studio 8 to mpc 500. i have a midi in and out with usb that i use to connect the mpc to the computer. i dont like using that though. i would like to use my rca jacks cause its easier. is there something i could buy that will connect the rca jacks to the computer?

first, those arent rca jacks. they are spdif, which, according to this pic, the 500 doesnt even have.

to get sound to and from a computer, you can run a 1/8" - 1/4" cable in between the 2.

or

you can buy an audio interface which runs either usb or firewire.

as far as the midi cables go, its good that you dont like to use those because you cant transfer audio via midi.
