Someone with same name

I just ran across this cornball , " Nobody Famous " ... apparently he's on some wrestling game. He's a trash MC , but in fear of being confused with trash , ima have to change my name , I've been rolling with this since i was youngin , has anyone ever experienced anything similar ?

well it takes a lot to be the bigger man and make the change yourself.

I never heard of the guy.

I've had since i was in like8th grade , i wouldn't even be mad if he was good. BUT he's trash

i used to call my self.. dj cirkus(sirkuts), then fatt laced, i found out that someone else in perth was calling them selves 'pauly fat lace' who was a dj who played hip hop, which is different but still i needed my own identity and fatt laced didn't represent who i am.

so for a few years now i've been padlock.. because if some one wants me to leave my music 'they best be packin' boltcuttaz!'
i picture my self as an open lock when walking life, then when i hit the lab i'm locked in ya dig? paints me a nice picture anyway..

but it's all up to you and how you feel about the matter i guess, maybe try assassinate dude or send him some anthrax or an envelope full of bones to let him know you mean business.

You could trademark your name. Go through your secretary of state and fill out a trademark form (it would be considered a "service mark"), costs about $100 and is good for 5 years before you need to drop another $50 for renewal.

EDIT: This is kind of misleading. If you're selling beats over the net you will want to get a federal service mark through http://uspto.gov. Cost about $375.

I used to drum in a punk band for many years...

We got an email from a friend on myspace who said there was another band of the same name in the UK somewhere. We emailed them and after they saw that we had been around for alot longer than they had, had more people on the page and were actually recording music, they gave up the name without much of a struggle. They were cool about it, but I can imagine some people being jerks.

Actually theres another producer over @ futurproducers thats been running with that handle for a few years now.

Aw that much suck but no never run into that. Should have opened a business in that name or trademarked it
