I don't think so.. but I know windows 7 is coming soon and has a windows xp mode so you can run 32 bit driver sets in a 64 bit environment.
Plus the initial reports thus far from users of Win7 RC are great in terms of performance and stability for DAW usage.

I have both, the MPC 2500 and the MPD 24. I don't know what people are saying, but to tell you the truth, the MPC pads feel much better. They are more out of the case, and in my opinion just softer. Also, because my MPC is more heavier, the pads are more stable in place. I'll take the MPC pads, and the MPC in general over my MPD anyday.
