wANT 2 COMPLETELY TAKE APART MY 2000, ANY HELP?

I want to completely take apart and breakdown my mpc2000. Any one know how to do that? Is their a service manual or something some could share?

Good - I hope the doc helps. You asked if the Zip drive is compatible with the S5000? Yes, they are and you'd want a SCSI Zip drive, not an IDE.
