i jus got my mpc1000... and i was havin a blast wit dis sh*t... its real coo. i was gettin ok wit it... then as i was savin my sequence... i think i accidently deleted all da sounds in my internal flash rom... wut do i do? how do i restore it? please help!

its on the CF card which I think is impossible to erase (the akai one anyway) The sounds suk dizzck anyway consider it a favor to yourself. If you really want them back download them off akai site.
