Thanks for your order today Ill Green your virtual is on the way!

Dont worry about the hate Joe. The only "fools" will be the ones who talked trash in the beginning. The record industry said Def Jam was a fad when they started..... Did they succeed?

Yes we will have a step SEQ with grid. Thats on the way for both Virtual and Hardware

Polyphony will be at least 64 voices. We haven't done the optimizing yet so higher if the system can handle it.

I dont know who said sept but its OCT.... It says it all over our site....

We'll pack as much as we can into the first release but hell SW is never done. We'll be still upgrading and refining and adding, incorporating feedback etc on going. Updates will be easy and plentiful...

Am I asking for too much??

LOL The internal battery compartment will have extra space... Thats a feature i've already tested ; )

The Virtual's pitch and mod can be controlled and sequenced and of course the PAD's can be from any controller but im not sure what we would have the faders control. I talked with my programmers today and asked them your question and they asked what did you want to control. I assume Track volumes etc? As of now it wont but if you give me details on what exactly you want to control we'll look at what has to be done to make that possible. Transport control is probably easy too.

I'm using my Fantom to control mine and a cat who just got a Virtual has his midi'ed to his MV 8800.

It will recieve and sequence control change info which means that if you have a keyboard or something hooked up and want to record the cut off and res filters etc it will play back the notes along with that automation. You can also delete just the control events or just the notes.

So here is what i will do. We are in process of mapping the beat thang Hardware to match the Virtual so it can be a controller as well. This work requires us to map all the specific midi stuff. As soon as i have the midi map data etc i'll have some one on my team buy a 32 and create a template for that and maybe a few other popular controllers.

I'm looking at it now so... Tap tempo, Transport, Note Repeat, Menu over, Pad bank, Track buttons and faders for the volumes etc...... We have an extra button on virtual Called "DATA" it does nothing at the moment but i knew we would use it for something.... Maybe this would be a candidate for quick access to different midi maps.

Thats a very useful suggestion/request. We are on it...... If you wait though you will be missing allot of fun!!! VIRTUAL is a beast and the sounds are FIRE.... I got everything (i'm a gear slut) and its all i use now..... And the Beats im making are better than the ones on my fantom and logic........ The secret is the drum sounds and Chops. None of you will know until you get it....... I'll let ill green and joe tell you cause theirs are on the way.

what does "SW" mean? lol

bros, all i really asked for was 960 ppqn and you claim to have included that. Much props.

And please please tell me that the pitch and mod wheels will only effect one sound at a time instead of an entire program or track................like that wack ass "assignable sliders" on the MV that effects an entire program at once.

If you customize the virtual BeatThang for low budget controllers and middle weight controllers then the profits will come. High quality controllers will be butter on the bread. 9mean.

yeah man! I went to check today...I didn't even get ANY mail today! No bills, nothing! That's just wrong! I'm hoping to see it tomorrow and not next week lol.

Kids are with the grandparents for the weekend, I know wifey won't mind if I spend a lil quality time with the thang, she bout as excited as I am about it

she told me the mail dude jacked up and sent it to the wrong house and one of the neighborhood kids is playing with MY THANG lol.

I ignored the though.....

yeah it would be great to control filters and things live. also the transpose amount would be nice to control too... so when you have lets say, a synth melody midi pattern... you can adjust things live.

all that type of stuff would be nice to control live.

Hey listen fellas, not for nothing... I've always been that cat that gives everything a fair shake. When cats were hatin' on the mv8000 I tried it, loved it, still own it, while many still sit there wishing they MPC did what my shit does. I wanted a streamlined program that emulates hardware within a software environment which, until now, has been damn near impossible. Maybe not impossible, but not with the intuitiveness that I desired. These cats brought it to me. Now I wish other joints did it in the same fashion but they don't. Bpm was supposed to but it doesn't due to shitty coding and God awful customer support. The Beatkangz will hit you back within an hour damn near if you have a concern. I will agree that their marketing department may need a little re-staffing but I can't hate on this shit here.
