how do you get hi hats to side like southern beats or what bpm do you use same as the drum rolls thanks/???????????I no you use not repeat but not sounding like it ples help.......

Use the same hi hat samples as the tracks that you're trying to sound like.

Well.. those south/Crunk type beats are usually done with electronic kits and not natural sounding drums people use the 808 sounds (Roland TR-808) A LOT for this, also 909 and many others... Search the net they are all over the place.
As for BPMs don't be lazy, put on a song and tap-tempo to it..
The drum rolls are also pretty easy to do, usually its a small snare that gradually pitches down and then BOOM the beat cames back again.
