what kind of connector do it need? what hard drive do i need to get? ata,ide or sata?

i found out that it is ide connector. ata/100 hard drive. a laptop hd will due just fine.

Some laptop hd are sata and some are ide, pay attention so that you actually purchase the right one.

you need an HDM 10 hard drive tray and the connector comes attached to the tray. attach the drive to the connector on the tray, screw it down , insert into the mpc.
if you have trouble locating a HDM10 I may have one I will part with.
possibly with a HD with samples too!
