Bob James - Nautilus Break

Hey Folkz

I found this Break on a Digital Breaks Collection and liked it alot.
And it came without andy Sounds on it. Was just a Drum Solo.
so i ordered me the "One" Lp by Bob James cause i wantet to flip this break.
But as i were listenin to it i couldnt fidn any open Drum Hits.
Eeven in the break there are some Piano sounds or some others sounds that are layed over the drums.
I alltohugh tried to Sample the left and the Right Channel of The Record seperated, but these sounds are on both Channels.
So is there another Version of the Nautlilus Track avaible, without any sound on the DrumBreak ?

no other version, it is in there. just listen carefully

There is the mythical 12" version that supposedly has the break without the bells over it and supposedly Biz Markie is the only person to have ever owned... the word MYTHICAL is key, though.

sir, you probably made a mistake can't recall any bells on "nautilius", but I'm quite sure there are a lot on "take me to the mardi gras"

yea theres bells on it but you can still get a good kik and snare off that break.

Prime took the "Nautilus" drums for "I Excel" on Group Home's LP. It can be done . . .

With a lil filter those kicks are mean.
