When I copy a sequence...

..is there a way to copy all tracks at once? My sequencer in my Korg TR allows me to do this but can't find it in my 1000. I just upgraded to JJ OS1.

What method are you using to copy the sequence? I copy sequences frequently, and all the tracks always copy perfectly.

you should highlight the sequence name with the cursor and press the window button. A menu will come up that will ask if you want to copy, delete or cancel. Hit copy and specify what sequence you want the seq copied to and your done.

Thanks guys for responding. When I go to copy a sequence, I have the options of selecting what seq to copy and where to. It also looks for me to specify what tracks to copy and where to. For instance: copy seq 10 track 1 to seq 11 track 1. If I have 10 tracks in seq 10, then I have to do the copy process 10 times? There's no "copy all tracks" option. I'm used to copying a sequence with all events and tracks in one pass. Then, I would remove\add tracks to create a second variation (verse 1 and verse 2). I guess I'll have to reverse my way of doing it and only copy tracks I want.

When you copy a sequence it will copy All The Tracks thats in it.

The MPC can do whole sequences or single tracks.

Try it and RTFM.

^^ This is the way to copy entire sequences. Works fast, completely, and perfectly. A critical part of how I get down.

I got it now. I did exactly what cheezdaproducer suggested. Funny, I tried that before and it didn't work for some reason..oh well.
