yet another bug surfaces, ill add a kick to an existing kick to create a double kick and when i trigger the kick that im adding on the one after it gets lowered in volume, and its the same sample, its happening to other samples too not just kicks, when i add samples to the mix itll lower the volume of the samples after it,this sucks

try and be more specific about the problem..

*are they identical samples - have you checked them in an any audio editing software.?
*have you sampled them in or transfered from usb?
*have you tested it on another mpc > shop you bought it from / another mpc owner?
* what is the exact procedure from first to last step? so others can see if it happens.
if all fails contact via email .. [email protected] with a copy of your program&samples/seq/song so they can see for themselves

are you sure your not getting phase cancellation through your monitors?

Most importantly try & stay calm!

i agree with my1k.

it sounds like phase cancellation.
if the two samples are too similar frequencywise (like if you put the same sample twice on the same pad) the frequency's will start to cancel each other out.

....?

peace.
