How can i tell what os i have just got my mpc and it can with internal cf drive thx
Hold SHIFT and press button 8
Then press F3 VER.

That's the highest version. To answer your earlier question, you will be limited to 1GB of useable storage space on any CF card. Just so you know, that can go up to 8GB if you switch back to version 1.14 and install the CF-CARD SCSI card reader drive.
