Please help, I have a project due and I just fried my soundcard but I have a 2 channel soundcard is there anyway to record with this card and getting more than 2 tracks. Like can you use 3 and 4 and record and so on or am I just stuck with 2 tracks?

I guess to elaborate more: say i want to record a kick on track 1 and a snare on track 2 is there any way I can record track 3 through the same inputs?

Thanks

If it just a stereo input you only get two channels, no way to make it a 4 input.

You'll have to record the tracks two at a time . use MTC or Smpte and make Logic the time code master. The audio will be lined up ....insert a few measures in the mps and logic sequences so that the mpc has time to lock solidly to the sync .
