Does anyone know how to add different effects on different pads? And also how to add more than 1 effect on each sample. For example, lets say I assign bit grunger to FX1 and reverb to FX2, how would I assign BOTH FX to 1 pad?? And let's say I want to add an effect like tremolo to the another pad, and then maybe compression to another, how would you get them all going at the same time, if even possible? I can't figure out how to do this at all myself, but I can't imagine the 1000 could be THAT limited in it's abilities.

All PAD sounds are boiled down to 3 busses: Master, FX1, and FX2. So there's no way to have more than 2 effects (aside from the Master EQ/Compressor).

You can get 2 effects in a row: This is set in the effects menu. Set FX1->Fx2 on.

Last, to get more effects, RESAMPLE! Set up the effect for a certain PAD, and record that back in. Do this for each PAD you want. Then, use these resampled sounds in your program. You can't edit them, but you can always go back & re-resample them with new effects.

If all that sucks to you, get your self some more gear, and use the aux outs!

You get 30, and you can insert FX change messages in the song too. Just remember the FX are global, changes will affect all pads and programs that use FX1 or FX2...
