MPC program creator MAC

Is there a software for Mac to create programs?
I think I've read about it, but I never found a link, any help?

There is also a program called MPCmaid. Let's you chop samples and then make programs I've been chopping samples during my downtime at work.

The Fresh thing about MPCMAID is that you can run it from a USB stick and it runs on both PC and MAC.
