I actually hope that it turns out to be the **** cuz i love my mpc, but if something were to come along that could do all that and possibly more and do it easier, im all for it you know.

Good thinking! The most important thing is to make sure you consistently one-up the haters, even if it means alienating potential customers in the process. In no way should you take any crap from anyone, even those posting anonymously who have nothing to lose. Hit them hard, where it hurts. Dig up old songs they've posted in their early years. Humiliate and rub their faces in it to teach them a lesson in front of their peers. And if you can't find anything, call them out for not posting any tracks that you can humiliate them with.

This is war and you're changing the MI. Don't let anyone get out unscathed, especially if they're bold enough to question your company's professionalism or viability. That kind of talk should be taken personally and you should maybe even threaten them by telling them to say that to your face at the next local industry event.

Keep up the great work! It's working here and you're converting lots of folks to your cause. Pretty soon now we're all going to abandon AKAI who doesn't threaten us the way you do. Soon now. Just wait!

"Is it real son?"

No, it isn't. Why do hip-hopsters think if they say something enough it'll magically be true? No, all the marketing slogans about you being real is false. It is fake. Saying you're real 50 times, spray-painting it on the moon, will not change the facts.

This is the problem with hip-hop now, it is pro-wrestling. What those wrestlers do takes skill, and I can respect that. They get out there, risk injury, and perform magnificent stunts. But it's not real. I have to respect it for what it is, a circus act, like an acrobatic clown.

The amazing thing is, so many people buy into it and believe it's real. They get blinded by hype. That's why it's real, people are easily lulled into illusion. But it's not true. Pro-wrestlers know they aren't really having personal conflict, it's soap opera drama.

That stuff is popular. That's what most hip-hop is about now. You go to the forums and you'll read all kinds of gossip about the latest "beef". It's exactly like pro-wrestling, which makes a lot of money. That's fine if people like it, but it's certainly not real.

It looks ridiculous too. In the jungle, an ape who feels threatened will pump up his chest, make loud sounds, and give the illusion that he is bigger and more powerful than he really is. If the hip-hop boasting and battles are real, it's due to immaturity.

Maybe that's what it is. Maybe it isn't smart commercial guys, and most of the hip-hop industry is people with money who didn't grow up civilized. Parts of the city can be likened to a conrete jungle. If that's the case, we need to stop promoting it.

None of this has any influence on the technical quality of a tool. But whatever, if you're having fun, it's all good. Will be interesting to see what happens. Listened to some of your tracks, reminds me of a cross between Mike Shinoda, Kevin Federline, and Fred Durst.

Of course you would say that....Your whole identity is wrapped up in MPC.... I just saw ur page lol.

I understand if you feel a threat to your identity cause we are putting a machine out that will compete with AKAI.... We are not trying to replace akai.... You can rock your MPC.....We just doing OUR Thang. I already know what you will say... "You cant compete with akai my MP is tha truth son" Cool but when was the last time the prez of that company came in a forum and asked you what you wanted in a machine or took the time to go to your site which is 100% dedicated to their product and listen to your mixtapes..... Roger told me....."I made the MP for rock" hip hop found it by accident..... I'm not saying its not a good product. A good producer can work with anything but....... A company that will listen to you, Talk to you and is connected to the people that use their products these days is hard to find.

Explicit-
"A jealous heart conveys the thoughts of that there of
when push comes to shove
it ain't never no love
I've seen it to many times through my own eyes
to say I've never been jelouse well that would be a lie.
But some dwell in it live it where the envy resides
And they don't plan on moving until the next man is losing it's been proven
By the things that they said or better yet instead you could end up dead
if they feel that in spite that you shine to much
and you ain't even trying you just being your self
and all this just cause they hate them selves.
When you stumble or fall they can wait to tell
All the birds of a feather that flock together
but when you stand up that's when they feel the pressure
that translates to pain that pumps through Tha veins
and yeah it's a shame how lame the circumstances but
to be in the game you play to take chances but there's gonna be those
who hate your advancement"

"Concentrate what on your plate don't worry bout mine"

Thats a quote from the first song on your profile..... Do you believe what you rap or promote or is it just an act.....

http://www.myspace.com/mpcmixtape thats a link back to your page..... Track one! You should listen to your own wisdom!!!!

Let me know the next time the prez of Nukai quotes your lyrics....

Why did you buy it then Jamon lol....

Not because of you being "real". That is meaningless. It's a competition in hip-hop to see who is more real, who was poorest, who suffered the hardest life with the least opportunities, and clawed their way the highest.

Come on man, this is America, we're all rich kings, and we have the fat to prove it.

You seem to think of this too personally, like people are either your friend or enemy. But not everyone cares about the social stuff, or your culture. Some of us think of it like going to a hardware shop and buying some tools.

Some stores try to be friends. One chain has this thing going where they'll go to your house with you to try and help you with your home projects, forming a bond. That's nice for the people who want that, not everyone does.

It doesn't make them your enemies, they just didn't go to the shop for help or friendship, they just wanted the hammer so they could get home and finish the job. To them, all the smooth talk wastes their time. They really just have one question...

"Will it do the job?"

Jamon's right. All the smooth talk and harder than life sh!t is a waste. Just give out the betas to be tested and let the product do the talking. If its the next big thing then let the public decide. All this talk is just hype full of hot air.

Exactly! Keeping it real is the most important thing when it comes to responding to people's opinions of your product and company. Afterall, what do they know? They're not real people like you. They don't have real emotions or families. They haven't worked hard like you to get where they are. You have! And that's why you need to track down each and every haters with their little "uneducated opinions" about your product. Keep it real. Don't let them escape with dignity intact or until everyone here knows what a fool they are. If they want to question the authenticity of a game-changing product like yours that isn't even out yet, and that is always displayed in action with a mysterious black box below it, mess them up! Hunt down their families and smack them toothless with a phat beat made solely with the BTV. Want to know how it sounds? Now that's how it sounds! Smack!

The thing that people forget is that even though this is a forum dedicated to MPC talk and is mostly filled with people who have owned and operated MPCs for years, we're lucky to have you...the president no less, coming to tell us how good your product is going to be. And screw those suckling at your teat for politics, feel good vibes, or real information. You're not a politician! Politicians are in Congress! You tell the locals here that if they prefer the MPCs they've been using for years over your soon-to-be released product, then they don't know corn from rice. There is no room to cherish the history that already is, when you can be a part of history that has yet to be!

Keep it real. Peace.

I truly doubt they will alienate "potential customers". Because if this machine lives up to the projected specs and functionality then I for one won't give a rats A$$ who the Kangz are e-beefin with, even if it's my wife.
I'll make hits with the Thang and buy her an apology gift later... Those who are hating now for whatever reason are not going to buy it and therefore shouldn't be concerns of the Kangz as far as them making nice.
I have a really strong feeling allot of folks talkin big trash now are gonna eventually get one, And Love It!

Remember people, the only thing that's constant is CHANGE.
