Like the title states, I recorded a full loop(8 bars) into the mpc, then another one, when i play them back the time keeps running but all noise stops at 6:03:00, so the last bar and a half just dont make noise...

This was probably the best beat I've ever crafted and I can't even listen to it...No error message, nothing. Anyone had this happen to them before? Whats going on? Is this a ram issue? I only have 16mb, but Ive definately put down way more intricate shit before without this. All I have recorded is a drumline using 6 pads for 8 bars, then 2 tracks of the same program, one with 4 pads and another with 8, and I switch off between muting the two tracks so I can play it like a song.

Someone please help, I've been in a depressed state for months and making songs like this is the only thing that cheers me up these days, on top of all that I got sick today and will probably have to take a few days off work, and pile up more debt than i already have, so for this shit to be breaking is just the feather that knocks me over the edge if you know what i mean.

by "stops" do you mean that the loop ends & plays all the way thru ok but the time is still showing a bar & half left? or do you mean that its missing the last bar & half, as if its been cut off?
Are the samples you took just "loops" or have you choppped it up & assigned them to the pads?
If there loops (& it plays all the way thru by pressing the one pad) then just readjust the tempo of the track to match when the loop ends (or speed up or slow down the sample). If youve cut them up to the 16 pads then make sure that there all working (not the pads themselves, I mean that there actually assigned to each pad) Im currently dealing with a problem of my own in which Im having samples physically DISAPEAR when reloading projects ive done! I press mode & pad 7 to go to the program screen & the samples from around pad 11 suddenly start displaying as "?sample1", etc & are completly missing! Let me know if this is whats happened cos so far Ive found noone with the same problem!
If they are still all there however then try rerecording the pattern over again & see if that helps, aslong as you can remember how it went of course! lol
Also, aswell as changing the tempo you can also change the amount of bars per loop from the main menu...just incase you didnt know. Hope Ive helped a little bit! let me know what happens.

I fixed the problem, somehow it STEP EDIT, there was a note assigned to 8:02:00, before the 6:03:00, so I changed it to 6:02:00 and it worked...weird

But ya, theyre all chops not loops, so thanks for the help, but I couldnt take the wait and kept searching and searching to find the issue. and i found it.
