Sample looping then release?

HEY! Just wondering if there's any way I can get a loop that loops while NOTE ON, but then plays the rest of the tail of the sample on pad release (subject to vol ADSR)..

I'm on OS1 - can 2 / 2XL INSTS do this?

I'm not sure that this is possible as the loop end point is also the sample end point. But I'm not too experienced with the MPC yet so maybe...

It would be a good feature to have...

im afraid the mpc1000/2500 cant do that..or any mpc for that matter.
