Proper way turning off mpc1000

Just push the switch and be done with it.
On my MV8000 it has a Shutdown buton that powers down the harddrive before turning the unit completely off with the main power switch. Saves wear and tear on the HD.
I don't think any of the newer MPC's do that.

no need to have a shut down option in the OS just save all files then hit the button why over complicate, on a purspose built machine for beats u dont need all the bells and whistles of windows
