It looks like they figured out that Akai hired me to make people think their product is worse than it is. They know that if I'm one of the first people to get my hands on the hardware unit we can significantly disrupt their initial sales with a negative review.

Nah this is just what Aja does. In an email he once wrote, "I'm about to cancel your order refund your account and forward all your info to our attourney and the authorities....". He didn't cancel then, and he didn't cancel now.

Or maybe he did. But if they did, they sent the money in the postal mail, which would be really moronic considering that PayPal has an easy button that says something like, "Refund" that you just press and it instantly refunds it.

It'd be funny if they sent it postal, then I can criticize how they refund too. :) But why would they? Despite all the talk, they didn't have many orders. I bet even now, in September, there's no more than a maximum of 50.

Maybe that's their way of asking me to stop ruining their show. That's the thing about hip-hop boasting, if no one knows how to unravel the false claims, it really does feel impressive. It feels hugely powerful.

But all it takes is one little thorn in the Lion's paw and he rolls over crying like a little kitten. Aja seems emotionally sensitive, and it wouldn't be nice to hurt him. I just don't really care about any of that, only the technical aspects.

I thought I was helping, but if he can't handle it emotionally, maybe I should leave him be. What do you think, should I ask for my money back and start a company that just does things straight without any illusory games?

Wow. Why would they need to get attorney's involved?

Also, if they sent your money snail mail it was probably just a lame attempt to annoy you.

You know it's really ashame. Some of you in here have been really cool and had our back others are so negative it's pathetic.

We ARE beat makers and have a passion for this, we aren't a huge Corp yet.
It's shocking the amount of negativity that exists. We did this for you guys.

You had our full attention. Wow dig that a company that is making a beat machine for real in here asking you what you want......but instead of getting down with us some of you just wanted to try and bring us down.

I ain't gonna lie. That repost of my email pissed me off. Around here we call that ho ****. We don't do people like that....

This will be my last post on this forum and I will not be reading any of it anymore.

Good luck to all of you. I hope people recieve your dreams the way you recieve others.

If you want to do more than TALK about things you don't like then you know where we are at.

Search KVR forums, I said the word "crack" in a way that was easy to misinterpret and they thought I was going to make a crack for Beat Thang Virtual and give everyone the pirated copy. Not a big deal, just more reason why they're probably tired of me. "I'm going to give you until tonight to remove all references to beatkangz and our products from any and all of your sites."

Aja seems to take this personally. This isn't just business, he's wanting family. Makes me feel sad sometimes to see, like an unloved boy on the playground being bullied, trying to find a way to feel validated by peers, but just giving more ammunition to tease with.

even if they did say that, they cant do sh*t, what they gonna do put ya in jail for telling the truth?? hahaha, they got sooo hurt they aint sending you ya thang anymore, looks like ya gonna have to have someone else order it for ya, hahahahaha, this has turned into such a pissen match i think ive seen everyones true colors, and although I did get the virtual thang and cant use it cause its too buggy and you cant even delete sh*t you recorded cause the delete function dont work on the pc vision, but still they say it blows reason out of the water, huh, funny, i think thats false advertisement,, im scared to invest any more of my hard earned money into this company, first off they lied about the software, 2nd what happens when you spend 1000 on the hardware and there is a problem with it, the kangz will probably diss you, write songs about you, and threaten to call the police if you say anything, and besides, there are already torrents of the virtual thang online.. let me rephrase that in kang terms... there are already cracks for tha virtual thang online.. come one come all free thangz, just contact JAMON, he will give you all the info on the free thangz crack, oh and also jamon is giving back to the community, for every free thang that is downloaded he sends a virtual thang crack to schools for tha kids.. how swell is that..............FREE THANGZ!! YA BETTER ASK SOMEBODY!!!!

Well, I don't see how they can "demand" you take down your opinion of their products.

Also, they can't "demand" that you take down a page full of facts about the company and their policies...

I had no idea that:

While this may be screwy, they can't take you to court for letting people know about this bullshit.

^^^^ hey, thats my review in jamon's link!! hahaha, that would explain why the kangz will not e-mail me back.. what a crock of sh*t, ive e-mailed aja a few times and nothing, he musta gotten all hurt from me speaking of how I felt,, how i really feel is I got raped!! I need a new mixer right now cause the faders and knobs are going out in my old one, I bought the virtual thang thinking I could wait on a mixer, besides I would be too busy playing with the thang to use the mixer with my mpc, WRONG!! I dont even use the thang, actually the other day i turned it on and made a beat with it, it was sounding good too, then i went to switch to kit mode and it froze up, crashed my computer and that was it, the beat was gone, lol.. im still waiting on this update.....really wish i woulda got that mixer instead, but all this has taught me a lesson

Well, look at it this way- if you were to make something you'd use on an album you'd have to grant the Kwangz an "attribution credit" :lol:

That is if it was common knowledge you used the thang...why would you tell them? If they are all about doing things their way and breaking all kinds of rules, why couldn't you?

basically you are paying for a huge sample pack... but the samples are not royalty free... so they are twice as useless as i thought. they shouldn't even bother advertising how many samples are included when you have to credit them.


that is like buying native instruments kontakt 3, and you have to credit them when you use an included patch....
