Why is it when I hit the Timing Correction on the MPC 500 it doesn't do anything? is there another button that I'm supposed to press to hear the effects? the DO IT button doesn 't light up, and it doesn't affect the beat. I NEED A MANUAL!!!

Thanks

on the subject of Timing Correct, when you are recording one sequence, if you apply the TQ to one track, is it generally applied to all of the others, or does it change each time you Record/Overdub?

I think it stays on until you turn it off, regardless of what track your recording.

yeah, you're probably right. Not everything can be saved/changed once powered on and off.
