help!!!!!!

i have a 2500 with jjos 3.09. when i hit 1 pad its triggering all pads dont know y.... i took the cover off and its doin it on any pad i hit. went to program and theres only 1 sound on each pad. dont know if its the settings somewhere or something else. i tried searching but didnt find anthing any help would be appreciated... i reinstalled the akai os and still doin the same thing. also if i hit mode then hit a pad it goes to the right menu....

yo.... i had the same problem and was freaking out. just hold stop while powering on the mpc and let go when you see the main screen
