midi track to synth/internal sound

Hi there.
I'm using a midi track in my sequence to control a synth live.
The midi track is also triggering pre-recorded drum loops because they share same midi notes. That's my problem.
I know I can change the midi notes for the internal sound, but I have run out of midi notes buy now. Any suggestions?
