16 Level Function Question(Come on you wizards.help! Help!!)

Ok - so i have a nice guitar sample and want to go into 16 level mode, record a sequence playing the sample at various pitches, then go back to 'regular' mode and load up drum sounds etc. to finish the sequence. :

How do I do this?

press the 16 levels button again and you'll be back in regular mode. Load up your sounds and record to the same sequence. you could always load your sounds first into the same program.
