I purchased a new floppy from VST and the new floppy show an error no disk in the floppy. The floppy is installed correctly. Does anyone know what the problem may be?

Did you plug the ribbon cable in upside down?

No, I made sure by checking the light on the floppy drive.

Heres the jumper settings on my perfectly working FD-235HF. Check yours.
