Can someone send me OS 1.51?

I just bought an mpc 4000 and have not taken delivery yet. I want to update the OS to 1.6 as soon as it arrives but the seller does not believe 1.51 is installed. If you have it and can send it to me, Thanks so much...

You can download it from Akai. I'll see if I can find though and I'll email it to you if I do.
