Any good sources for mpc programs?

I use the programs that come with the mpc a lot and i was wondering if there were any sites that have a good selection of mpc programs for drums and percussion for dance. Even better if they have various drum machines. Thanks.

I got this for $10 (w/shipping) from a dude on ebay. This CD has sounds from about 60 vintage drum machines (wavs). I've listened to a few of them and they're decent. You can taylor them any way you want. You would have to build your own programs. Definitely worth 10 bucks.

I will be doing once i get my blokey. I use the mpc as a drum machine as well so sometimes i just want to load a couple of kits for jamming with. Saying that i have the Lost Percussion kit which is good. I just found these

I do most of my sound design itb (sacrilege i know) but the mpc is great for starting a track with and laying down some drums and percussion. I just want some alternatives to the 808/909. Preferably in 16bit/44.1khz; most i come across online are 24bit.

are all free for pc.

I sometimes don't care what the format is I download and then I use awave
(not free and supposrts over 200 audio formats) to convert whatever to 44/16
wav. Sound Fonts are really nice.

You can also use drumsynth (free), Hyperion Stomper (free)
to create/synth your own drums as well.

Thanks. I was going to post about good free batch converters. I have a load of samples which are 24bit/48khz. Plus i use Guru a lot but it exports at 24bit...

I'll check out awave, don't mind paying a bit for a decent audio editor. Cheers. :)

I KNOW there is no best, I always say it but for PC the best audio editor I've seen and used
is Sound Forge. Awave is a cool audio editor but it's confusing and not user friendly.
For MAC the equivalent of Sound Forge is Bias Peak imo.

Cheers Lampdog. All i want to do atm is batch convert lots of samples and do some editing like trimming samples etc. I use FL for editing that i do but an app that combines the two so i'm not switching and constantly reloading sample would be great. Anyway got the blokey today and it sounds fantastic so i'm going to look at creating some sample sets for the mpc.
