Scsi problem with my scsi harddrive

Well I bought an scsi harddrive for 20 dollers from an friend. And I follow the advice from Lampdog that I format the drive and etc.. Then I chould uploaded it the files from the zip drive. And then I witch from zipdrive and it saves on the harddrive. Then when I do the second time so I start to get this error on my mpc: "SCSI Conflict on #ID6". So i shut mpc down and then the harddrive. And after that I remove the scsi cable off, wait an minute and plug it on, start the power on the harddrive and then start up mpc with out any zipdisk on it and it start working agian. But I can do only once everytime when I save it. Or other wise it start to get this error.

you need to change the ID of the scsi hardrive

And I did... I change from 0 (not 6 or 1) to 7. Same problem. but this can have up to 12. Now I open the harddrive and I saw it have no jumpers on... can that be the problem?

if theres no jumpers teh hd is set to an id, try looking up teh hd online and finidn the way to set to a new id on the drive itself not on the mpc

I dont find anything about my harddrive nr. It is an IBM Ultrastar, an 18, 2 gb big. Is that it make the error? to big harddrive? Here is a little info about the harddrive:

Update: I found the jumpers, but it was under the harddrive! So I shaw what id nr I can put on the jumper and volia! I have now 18,2 gb of harddrive! Jippi! Problem solved!
