MPC 2500 BUG !

my mpc 2500 is buggin out...

here is a list of things the mpc does that it shouldn't do...

1. when i load something onto my hard drive in the mpc, no sound is generated by the mpc. it is not untill i reboot the mpc after loading items to the hard drive does it work.

2. it thinks im pressing button when i'm not, especially the F keys.... they keep thinkin im pressing them and performing actions.

3.The load and save functions don't work all the time... sometimes i save an everything in the memory, or a project i've been working on then when i reboot the mpc to keep working on it, only parts of the programs are loaded.... question marks appear in front of some of the program names.

can someone help me with this bug? how do i fix it? should i get the jjos?

Have you tried to reflash the OS?

It might be possible that your hard drive has some bad sectors or has been corrupted.

Also, if the MPC thinks the buttons are being pressed randomly, there may be some dirt or othe debris under them that's causing the contacts to trigger -- I would open it up and see if there is anything in there.
