Yeah triplets, you got to be a little more on point than programming straight 16ths, but sh!t sounds real good. like the hats are moving the beat forward and the snare pulls it back. I shoulda been doing this earlier.

I use triplets when I use a sample with a really slow BPM like anything 75 BPM or slower... It's nice cause it moves the beat a little more and allows you to make some fairly complex rhythms that you normally can't create without quantize off...

Double your bpm and leave it in 16th notes...
it will give you more resolotuion on you ppn so it will feel more of the naturl feel of the drums instead of the stiffness.

I works alot better than going into triplts or 32nd notes..

But if you double the tempon on triplets you can also do some tripy stuff
