Hi!

I`m proud to prestent Rock Da 500 vol.1 - free library of sounds and programs for Akai family samplers (MPC 500, 1000, S-series) and all hardware/software which are compatible with WAVe files (for ex. FL Studio, Ableton Live, Cubase, Reason, etc.)

The pack contains 351 MB of samples in 16-bit, 44,1 kHz format - including 50 PGM and AKP programs, and small utility for quick modification of PGMs. You can find more info at:
http://rockda500.us.to/readnfo.php?id=rd500vol1

You can download library at:
http://rockda500.us.to

If you are able to support the development of my homestudio, you can find a button, which will help you to donate me for 5$ (or equvalent in other currency).

If you will use my library to produce some music, you can provide a link for it via project website.

Salute,
Ukaef

Thanks! I appreciate it!

do i need the usb wire to get these samples onto my mpc?

You have to transfer these files to your CF card. You can do that by usb wire, or by CF card reader (most laptops have these).

I figured out another way to support me - If you want to help me please send me your e-mail address in private message. I will send you invitation to lockerz.com. Then you fallow to the link in that invitation, and make new account. If you do that, I will earn 4 points. If I collect 600 points, I will recieve PS3 console, and then I`ll sell it and buy audio gear to my homestudio.

That will be 2 minutes for you, for me it will be a big support.

The answer may occur to me as I think a bit more about it...but is this fully compatable with the 2000xl? I'm not sure off the top of my head whether or not it supports this sample rate...apart from that, they're just .WAVs, right?
