loop speeding up on its own

i have a nice little percussion loop. it is playing at the pitch and speed i want when i hit the pad. when i go to record it, it speeds up and changes pitch all on its own. or if i can get it to record right, during playback it will speed up on its own. very frustrating. i have tried to move it to a different pad, move to a different track and erase all the track events but still end up with the same result.

any suggestions???

Sounds like user error.

Save entire memory into a fresh folder, zip the folder, upload to an ftp site, show link to elevated.
