"Copy pattern to track"; blue box; drum vs. audio tracks

Three questions:

1) Is there a way to re-create the "Copy pattern to track" feature in Reason? That is, copy the chopped sample to the sequencer such that the transition from slice to slice is seamless. I understand that this will only make sense if the BPM are correct.

2) What is the most up to date software for creating programs on your computer? I found a thread about Blue Box, but it seems to be dead.

3) What is the difference between drum and audio tracks? I've searched, can't find this question answered.

I can't speak on external software for the MPC, but within the MPC itself (all Akai and JJ OS versions) there is currently no way to copy chopped phrase into the sequencer. I know, it sucks. But I'm over it-- and with the 96ppq resolution it wouldn't be a very smooth reconstruction anyway. For real.

I don't use any of those programs.

3.
That question should probably be in the JJ OS section, since it will only make sense to JJ OS users. Or you could just read the manual on his website...
