Played out that old demo sequence from 4k disk

I played out the old demo disk from the 4k I it was so clear and live sounding from the 824s it totally different from my old 2XL demo sounds. I wondered if the samples were recorded in a high resolution bit. Also I `ve loaded most of my samples into the HD and getting ready to start chopping and diggin for sounds. I don`t miss the ole 2KXL. I can hear a big difference in the sounds is it the sampler or the speakers. I love the drums on "Flipside" and "I want to get to know ya" which were made with the 4K. I love hip hop but I love the sounds more. i`m learning more ways to use my waveform editor to process and create new sounds to use in the 4K. I trust my own ears when I make sounds since I had both machines and I experienced the sounds of the 3K also. Ultimately when a beat is recorded by a engineer the mix will be eq the right way.
