Pads double triggering

I have heard this problem with 1000s, but I just got a 2000xl, and sometimes the samples trigger twice when I hit a pad. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there any way I can adjust the sensitivity, or any way to fix this?

Get used to hitting the pads.

Yeah this question is a common one for sure. Could be as simple as above, but could also mean your pads are set to Poly. Switch them to mono in the program menu.
